The evening includes an opening set from young blues upstart Jontavious Willis. \nThe career of Grammy-winning blues/Americana musician Kevin Moore took off in 1994 with a self-titled album under his newly coined Keb’ Mo’ moniker. Since then\, he has cultivated a reputation as a modern master of American roots music through the understated excellence of his live and studio performances. \nHe has collaborated with such artists as Bonnie Raitt\, Vince Gill\, Amy Grant\, Jackson Browne\, Natalie Cole\, Lyle Lovett and many more. \nKeb’ Mo’ is also an actor\, mentor\, and longtime supporter of the Playing For Change Foundation\, a nonprofit organization that provides free music education to children in nine countries\, and has established 12 music schools around the world. \nIn 2017\, he released TajMo\, a collaborative album with the legendary Taj Mahal. The duo went on to tour the US and Europe in support of that album\, which subsequently earned a Grammy for “Best Contemporary Blues Album.”
