Dar is a noted children’s book author\, environmental and civic activist (with a green blog on the Huffington Post)\, keynote speaker\, university teacher\, and the author of “What I Found in a Thousand Towns: A Traveling Musician’s Guide to Rebuilding American Communities One Coffee Shop\, Dog Run\, and Open-Mike Night at a Time.” She is a lovely and accomplished performer and person\, and we are thrilled to present her on our stage.
