Victor first danced in the hip-hop clubs of his native city. In 1996 he moved to New York to join dance superstar Twyla Tharp and\, after three years\, moved to Montreal to join Les Grands Ballets Canadiens In 2002\, he founded RUBBERBAND\, throwing himself into deconstructing the principles of ballet\, hip-hop and jazz and modern dance\, blending them with his raw street dance origins.
