Happy Thanksgiving – Here’s When You’ll Hear Alice’s Restaurant

It’s a tradition as old as time…or at least as old as 1967!

“Alice’s Restaurant Massacree” was the title track of Arlo Guthrie’s 1967 debut album Alice’s Restaurant. The song inspired the 1969 film of the same name (starring Guthrie himself). In 2017, it was selected for preservation in the National Recording Registry by the Library of Congress. And it is also forever preserved in the Point’s Thanksgiving playlist! We hope you’ll join us this Thursday as you celebrate with family, friends, and loved ones! Here’s when you’ll hear Alice’s Restaurant Massacree on the Point on November 28:

  • 8:33 AM
  • Noon
  • 6 PM
